Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology strategy for 2026+ product ecosystem
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, neuro interfaces)
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying AI-driven solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors
- Establish partnerships with Silicon Valley and global tech innovators
- Mentor R&D team in next-generation development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining innovations
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level presentation skills with 50+ stakeholder engagements
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
