Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI governance frameworks, and metaverse infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to pioneer emerging standards
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on disruptive technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven market impact analyses
- Build and mentor a future-tech incubation team focused on 2026 capability development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on future-state product development
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of leading cross-continental innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies for 5-10 year technology horizons
- Fluency in English with additional languages (Mandarin, Arabic) highly valued
