Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends through patent analysis, academic research, and geopolitical assessments
- Design ethical frameworks and governance models for next-gen autonomous systems
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven resource allocation
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience working with DARPA, NSF, or equivalent innovation agencies
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFP) or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
