Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and regulatory shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Build and mentor a high-performing future-tech task force
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, or neurotech)
- Proven track record of implementing enterprise-scale digital transformations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Ethics) preferred
