Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying disruptive trends and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present visionary technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation through scenario planning and market analysis
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technologies and future-focused methodologies
- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio with quarterly impact assessments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with market impact
- Exceptional strategic thinking and systems analysis capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
