Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles with proven roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CDIO) preferred
