Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and neuro-interfaces

- Identify and validate disruptive market opportunities through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Partner with venture capital teams to incubate and scale future-focused startups
- Present technological vision to C-suite executives and industry stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biometric technologies
- Drive patent development for proprietary innovations in quantum algorithms

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, neural interfaces, or biometric authentication
- Proven track record of launching exponential-growth products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
