Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligning with corporate vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional task forces in prototyping quantum-entangled systems, AI-neuro interfaces, and biotech-digital fusion products
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to incubate 2026-ready technologies
- Present strategic roadmaps and ROI projections to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical frameworks affecting 2026 implementation landscapes
- Build and lead a specialized Future Tech Accelerator team to validate emerging market opportunities
- Define KPIs for measuring technology adoption readiness and competitive advantage by 2026
Qualifications
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology with 12+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies reaching $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in forecasting tech adoption curves and modeling market disruption timelines
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology, and neurotech convergence
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience with Fortune 500 companies or unicorns
- Published thought leadership on 2026 technology trends in top-tier industry journals
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs with 50+ technical teams
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
