- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives for 2026
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, generative AI, and biometric interfaces
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on tech evolution
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track implementation success
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in future-tech roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, Web3, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech innovations with measurable impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills
- Experience securing R&D budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
