- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption across 15+ business units
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing and synthetic biology pioneers
- Present disruption impact analyses to the board quarterly
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2025)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership on tech disruption (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., APF or WFS)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
