Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmap aligning with ESG goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen quantum algorithms and neural architectures
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships with NASA and DARPA
- Author industry white papers on AI governance frameworks and carbon-negative computing
- Mentor PhD fellows in our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Present at Web Summit and CES to establish thought leadership
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML systems to 10M+ user bases
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on sustainable technology
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic chips, or bio-integrated systems
- Secured federal grants (SBIR/STTR) or venture capital funding >$10M
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Certified in ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 standards
