Responsibilities
- Architect 5+ year roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and partnerships
- Anticipate ethical/regulatory implications of breakthrough technologies
- Drive thought leadership through white papers and keynote presentations
- Validate market viability of experimental technologies through pilot programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
