Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum AI, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in partnership with MIT and Stanford Innovation Labs
- Drive patent strategy for emerging tech domains (minimum 15 filings annually)
- Present disruptive tech frameworks to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Establish industry consortiums to shape next-gen ethical tech standards
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven impact in emerging tech adoption
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on quantum systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI or quantum computing
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Certified in Quantum Architecture (QCA) and Ethical AI Governance
- Portfolio of 3+ successful tech commercializations post-2020
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
