Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping disruptive solutions for climate tech and AI ethics
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercial viability
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on future tech implications
- Partner with R&D to translate future visions into actionable development pipelines
- Establish KPIs measuring long-term tech adoption and societal impact metrics
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation roles with Fortune 500/Scale-up experience
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum, neuromorphic computing, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ technology scenario planning projects
