Responsibilities

- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption horizons
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions in sustainable tech and immersive interfaces
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Define KPIs for future tech adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize technical and market trends
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., scenario planning, horizon scanning)
