Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership

- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from MVP to market
- Certification in AI ethics or sustainable technology (e.g., CSEP, CEH)
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
