- Forge strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley pioneers and academic institutions
- Present futuristic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, generative AI governance, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Active participant at Davos or equivalent global tech summits
