Responsibilities

- Design ethical frameworks for AI and autonomous systems
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
- Present findings to industry boards and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent industry impact
- Published research in quantum/AI at top-tier conferences
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures to $1B+
- Expertise in futures methodology and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks
- Experience with federal tech policy advisory roles
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Go preferred)
