Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead R&D initiatives in sustainable computing and carbon-negative data centers
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups for acquisition
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Drive patent portfolio expansion in quantum-resistant cryptography
- Coordinate with UN SDG task force on tech-for-good initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems at enterprise level
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and limitations
- Published research in Nature or Science on emerging technologies
- Experience with international tech policy (e.g., EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from WFS or similar
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global partnerships
