Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, prioritizing emerging trends like quantum AI, neural interfaces, and climate tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and assess their market potential and scalability
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against quarterly/annual milestones
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Present technology roadmaps and impact analyses to executive leadership and board members
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies into existing product portfolios
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on regulatory compliance implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems, and sustainable tech
- Certified in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Exceptional data storytelling capabilities with experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets with measurable ROI
