- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders for R&D collaboration
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to market launch
- Champion ethical tech development frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and market analysis frameworks
- Exceptional strategic planning and executive communication skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 20+ professionals
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (preferred)
