Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients across AI, IoT, and Web3 ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives on future tech adoption pathways
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for R&D initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership on emerging tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of future market trends and tech adoption curves
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
