- Analyze global tech policy shifts to ensure compliance and strategic advantage
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for emerging tech incubation projects
- Present future tech visions to Fortune 500 clients and investors
- Mentor a 10-person R&D team in exponential technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in 3+ emerging tech domains
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI safety protocols, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals post-2020
- Successful track record scaling SaaS products to $100M+ ARR
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain development
- Experience securing DoD or NASA tech innovation grants
- PhD in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent impact)
