Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology innovation roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future product/service concepts
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic positioning
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of strategic initiatives on business growth
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
- Strong presentation skills with experience communicating to C-level executives
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating past strategic initiatives and their measurable outcomes
