Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry projections
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives on emerging tech trends (quantum, neuromorphic computing, decentralized systems)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for next-gen tech solutions
- Partner with policy teams to shape regulatory frameworks for AI and biotech innovations
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation incubator programs for early-stage 2026-tech startups
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps
- Experience with policy analysis in tech regulation
- Strong background in sustainable technology practices
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
