Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology) and assess their commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech strategies into corporate planning and resource allocation
- Establish innovation frameworks to accelerate prototyping and pilot testing of breakthrough technologies
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present compelling technology narratives to stakeholders, investors, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their implications for business strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their market applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous technology transitions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and research communities
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation preferred
