Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 10-year impact potential
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and patent development initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology ecosystems
- Partner with VCs to identify and acquire promising 2026-era startups
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year vision horizons
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ technology impact projections realized
- Security clearance for government innovation partnerships (preferred)
