- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions in virtual/digital twin environments
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring tech adoption impact on ESG and revenue growth
- Represent company at global tech summits and patent emerging methodologies
- Mentor R&D teams in agile development of quantum-resistant security protocols
- Forecast market disruption scenarios and build contingency roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biotech integration)
- Published thought leadership on technological foresight or future scenario planning
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams in agile/scrum methodologies
- Strong patent portfolio or commercialized innovations in emerging tech
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, S-curves)
- Track record of scaling technologies from concept to $100M+ revenue
