Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and implementing emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic chips)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for strategic partnerships or acquisitions
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish industry thought leadership through keynote speeches and white papers
- Manage $15M annual R&D budget with rigorous ROI analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with patent strategy and intellectual property monetization
- Exceptional presentation skills with 50+ executive-level briefings delivered
