Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to design and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives

- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation governance
- Partner with product teams to translate future-tech opportunities into scalable solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leadership forums
- Manage innovation portfolio prioritization and resource allocation for future-tech incubation
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and adoption impact post-2025
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum, AI, blockchain)
