- Partner with C-suite to translate strategic visions into actionable tech adoption plans
- Build and manage external innovation ecosystems with startups, universities, and research labs
- Present tech foresight insights to investors and board members using data-driven scenario modeling
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or industry disruption analysis
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives with measurable business impact
