Responsibilities
- Lead development of the 2026 technology strategy roadmap through market analysis, trend forecasting, and competitive intelligence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, bio-integration) for strategic adoption
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives and shareholder value
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage cross-functional teams executing pilot programs for next-gen technologies
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure strategic impact and ROI on innovation investments
- Represent the company at global tech forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AGI, spatial computing) and market adoption cycles
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and futures forecasting
- Track record of successfully launching disruptive tech products or services
- Certification in strategic innovation management (e.g., CSM, CIPM) preferred
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and managing P&L for tech ventures
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation ecosystems
