Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, ambient IoT) for market disruption
- Drive innovation sprints with venture partners and academic institutions
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants for sustainable tech initiatives
- Mentor R&D talent in exponential technology principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or biotech integration
- Track record of launching exponential-growth products
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE/Nature on technology forecasting
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Certification in exponential technology (Singularity/ABET preferred)
