Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and formulate competitive advantage strategies
- Present visionary tech concepts to investors, partners, and executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and ecosystem cultivation
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and measure ROI of futuristic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
