Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI and autonomous systems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D on patent strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling tech teams from 0 to 100+
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
