- Collaborate with R&D teams to commercialize breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage vendor partnerships for emerging tech incubation programs
- Drive internal innovation culture through tech evangelism and hackathons
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in commercializing AI/ML or quantum solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS)
- Experience with patent analysis and IP strategy development
- Deep knowledge of Web3, metaverse, and decentralized systems
