Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Analyze global tech patents and academic research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors with data-driven insights
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for prototype development and pilot programs
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen tech incubation initiatives
- Author thought leadership pieces published in Wired and TechCrunch
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Published author or frequent speaker at global tech conferences (CES, Web Summit)
