Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in quantum computing or neural interfaces
- Experience with UN/WEF technology governance initiatives
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit modeling
- Track record of scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACRP preferred)
