Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum-encrypted blockchain and biodegradable IoT
- Lead $2M+ innovation budgets for prototyping next-gen human augmentation systems
- Partner with DARPA and EU Horizon for strategic tech policy alignment
- Mentor PhD fellows in our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Secure patents for breakthrough neural-quantum interfaces
- Present at Davos and Web Summit on ethical AI governance
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Neural Engineering with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published 3+ papers in Nature/Science on human-machine symbiosis
- Proven track record scaling tech from lab to global markets
- Expertise in ISO 20700 ethical AI frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialized future tech solutions
