Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap by analyzing emerging trends in quantum computing, AI, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in technology foresight
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
