- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate innovation
- Present technology roadmaps and investment proposals to executive stakeholders

- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking within R&D
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and next-gen infrastructure architectures
- Strong quantitative modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation journals
- Fluency in agile methodologies and DevOps best practices
