Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential (AI ethics, quantum applications, biotech convergence)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across product lines and business units
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with corporate vision and market expansion goals
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio including venture investments and R&D partnerships
- Present future tech insights to board members and industry stakeholders at global conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and agile implementation of futuristic solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption in 2026 landscape
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging technologies
- 10+ years experience in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful future-tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
