Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI-human interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive tech trends (2024-2026)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Translate technical capabilities into market-ready product blueprints
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems
- Experience with agile methodologies in R&D environments
