Responsibilities
- Forecast and map emerging technology trends through 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop strategic roadmaps for adopting breakthrough technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with market evolution
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems
- Build competitive intelligence networks across global tech ecosystems
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and guide investment decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
