- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
- Monitor competitor tech portfolios and regulatory shifts affecting our industry
- Build partnerships with academic labs and tech incubators for early-stage access
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching next-gen tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience scaling global tech teams in high-growth environments
