Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and pilot innovative solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast market trends
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level executives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
