Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or neurotech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation grants
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong network with global tech research institutions
