Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends post-2025
- Analyze market disruptions and competitive landscapes in quantum/AI/biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Pioneer patent strategies for breakthrough technologies in sustainable computing
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation incubator
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record launching products with >$100M ARR impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AI, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
