Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Tech Roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies and integration points.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of AI-driven solutions and next-gen computational models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technical vision with business objectives.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies on futuristic technologies (e.g., Quantum, Edge Computing) to determine strategic viability.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to future-proof architectures.
- Present technical strategies to stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts or similar disruptive technologies is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterās degree preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of leading teams through digital transformation.
