Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 transition, focusing on scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team of 15+ developers specializing in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex futuristic concepts into deployable technical solutions.
- Oversee the migration to quantum-safe encryption standards and next-gen data centers.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for the deployment of autonomous AI agents.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices to accelerate deployment cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycles and ethical AI implementation.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
